Arrived a little late, around 3.20pm. Waited about 10-15 minutes to get the room key because there were quite a lot of customers (queuing). I remember when we booked online we could check in directly but the queue was the same as the walk-in customers.
I got a room with a broken window (can't lock properly). It's dangerous for my safety and that of my child.
